I provide informed and compassionate counseling to individuals searching for understanding and resolution in their lives. My extensive training and experience covers a wide range of topics including relationships, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, achieving goals, depression, anxiety, and more. My specialty areas include trauma and dissociative disorders, grief and loss, and sport / performance counseling. I also educate, train and supervise graduate students and counselors seeking supervision. I use a variety of approaches including person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal and EMDR techniques.

Education
I have my doctorate degree in Counselor Education and Supervision and my master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado. I've received specialized training and certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), supervision of counselors (Approved Clinical Supervisor), and sports psychology.
Bio
I currently live and work in Denver, Colorado where outside of my practice I teach in graduate counseling programs, training a new generation of counselors. Personally, I enjoy spending time outdoors, skiing, hiking and enjoying nature. I'm also an avid sports fan and have been an athlete for most of my life.
