My approach is empathic and supportive to help each client work through their difficulties. I have experience doing psychotherapy with adolescents and women who have a variety of concerns and specialize in working with Eating Disorders, Postpartum Stress and Anxiety. I tailor the therapy to best meet the needs of each client by using aspects of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral and Relational Theory.

Bio
I am the immedate Past President of the South Florida Chapter of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP). I have been an invited presenter on Women's Issues at Florida Atlantic University, JCC of the Palm Beaches The National Association for Addiction Counselors and other community groups. After receiving my Master's from Smith, I completed a one-year intensive training program in Cognitive Therapy at The University of Pennsylvania as well as a postgraduate training program at The Postpartum Stress Center. I have worked in many therapy settings including The Renfrew Center, Laurel Hill Inn Residential Eating Disorder Program, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital and The Women's Therapy Center. I am currently in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida.
