The main focus of my practice is to ensure that the clients I see receive 100% of what I have to offer. Each massage is individualized depending on what that client needs. I incorporate energy work into my massage, and I believe the combination of positive thinking and all the benefits massage has to offer will leave each client happy and feeling better than when they walked in the door.

I aim to balance three different states of being; Mind, Body and Spirit. Symptoms may be messages and signals the mind gives to the body. Massage is a unique avenue for balancing these three states of being. It can help improve the body’s circulation, which supports elimination of CO2 and other toxins in the body. Massage also helps to reduce stress within the body and the mind as well as helping to stimulate the chakras and the meridians. Massage is a powerful healing technique that I believe everyone should be privileged to.

Bio
I am a 2008 graduate of the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy located in Virginia Beach. The school teaches a massage technique that is based on Swedish massage. This technique seeks to achieve relaxation of the body through holistic involvement of the spiritual, mental/emotional, and physical beings. It is also used to help stimulate the organs and the glands through vibration. Edgar Cayce, of whom helped create this technique along with Dr. Reilly, believed that Spirit is the life, Mind is the builder, and Physical is the result. True health comes with the balance of the mind, body, and spirit.

After gaining more experience working for a chiropractic office/spa in Philadelphia, I use a combination of the elements above infused with deep tissue to focus on the clients needs. This helps to restore and maintain the body’s health and harmonious balance by re-centering and focusing the client’s attention on themselves
