I work very successfully with people who wish to reduce anxiety and stress. I assist people with personal, career, and relationship issues -- including people who are in transition. I work with brides-to-be to keep them stress-free and help them handle the challenges that inevitably arise during wedding planning. I also combine counseling with hypnosis or relaxation techniques to help people Lose Weight, Stop Smoking, Gain Self Confidence, Sleep Better, and more.

I am comfortable and have experience working with people from many backgrounds and cultures, with differing lifestyles, and a variety of religious and spiritual beliefs... I welcome people with compassion and an open mind. I am told I have a very calming presence, and I have a gift for putting people at ease.

Leslie Lobell is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Hypnosis Practitioner trained in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, dream interpretation, voice dialogue, meditation and guided visualization. A graduate of Dartmouth College, she earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Maryland. Leslie is also a Reiki Master and Sekhem-Seichim-Reiki Master. For well over a decade, Leslie has been utilizing both traditional and holistic methods to assist teens and adults in creating happier, healthier, more peaceful and fulfilling lives. Ms. Lobell has conducted workshops on various topics related to counseling and personal growth both in the United States and abroad. Leslie provides a supportive, non-judgmental environment in which to explore your issues and concerns, hopes and dreams.
