Linda Stiles utilizes a supportive, client-centered approach incorporating a variety of interventions depending on each client's needs and goals. Therapy techniques used include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and EMDR.
