Dr. Ditchek provides psychotherapy to adults, children, and adolescents. Dr. Ditchek also conducts psychological evaluations to assess for ADD/ADHD and assists with securing accommodations for children at school. Areas of expertise also include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, relationship issues, stress, life transitions, women's issues, trauma, grief and loss, and parent/child conflict.

Dr. Ditchek has been in private practice since 1998. She uses a collaborative approach with her patients, forming treatment goals that are attainable. Dr. Ditchek is well versed in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Insight-Oriented Therapy, Family/Marital Therapy, and Individual Therapy.
