I have been practising massage for 18 years and love it!!
My sessions have evolved over the years to what works best for my clients. I specialise in shoulder dysfunction and lower back pain - which is often associated with hip issues.
I combine massage with organic grade A essential oils and moist heat - I have found that the combination of these three not only help with pain and tension release but also leads clients to a deep state of relaxation.
