I refer to my standard style of massage as "Find & Fix". It is a mixture of Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish and Esalen techniques that is highly therapeutic while still being extremely relaxing. My clients and I work together to resolve painful conditions and improve function and range of motion AND on bringing the body into balance physically and energetically. The side effects can include stress relief and mood enhancement, lower blood pressure, improved circulation and immune function, and more. To achieve these wonderful results, I also do CranioSacral Therapy, and Raindrop Technique ( for $70.00 a session ).
I often recommend various stretches my clients can do on their own, when we are trying to work out a particular physical issue.

My office is located on Sullivan St. (Wall Triana Hwy) near I-565 in Madison, AL.

Academy of Professional Careers (now called Milan Institute), in Boise, Idaho for Massage Therapy. Graduated in July 2004 with a 4.0 GPA.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I worked for 17 years sitting at a computer.

Bio

I am Female, 47 years old, Married, 2 children, 3 grandchildren, 1 dog. I am a conservative believer in Messiah (Jesus). I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 1995, and have learned much about managing my life and wellness.
