I am a fully trained and certified EMDR clinician. EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is an effective method of overcoming anxiety, fear and loss that cause negative thoughts, feelings and reactivity. I have a Masters Level Education in Professional Counseling, with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy in addition to Certification in EMDR .
