I am a fully trained and certified EMDR clinician. EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is an effective method of overcoming anxiety, fear and loss that cause negative thoughts, feelings and reactivity. I will work collaboratively with you to discover your strengths and resources and create a plan to make the changes you hope for.
