Dr. Lynn Scecina has been caring for the spines of the Inland Empire at Woodcrest Chiropractic Offices since 1980. She specializes in the Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique, and also is proficient in Total Body Modification and Nutrition Response Testing. We also offer Whole Body Vibration therapy, which has bee shown to be effective in many ways including enhancing bone density. We offer Low Level Light therapy as well as Ionic Cell Cleansing.

Chiropractic is the science, philosophy and art of locating and removing nerve interference to allow the full function of the body's nervous system. It helps to maintain the normal energy flow between the brain cell and the tissue cell, thereby allowing the full expression of health. The Activator Method is a state of the art method of analysis to determine the areas of the spine and other joints of the body that are not in proper alignment, and a specific manually-assisted instrument adjustment to restore the normal function.
Education/Training
Dr. Scecina is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She has taken many post-graduate courses to enhance her area of practice, including those in chiropractic technique and nutrition.
Bio
Dr. Scecina is a native of Indiana, having studied at Indiana University prior to enrolling at Palmer College. She is married with two children.
Memberships
Member of the International Chiropractors Association and the California Chiropractic Association, and a 30 year member of the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce.
