I will use my 15 years of counseling experience to guide and assist you through issues affecting your well being. I take my position as a therapist seriously,it is not just professionally rewarding, but is also personally. I want people to know whatever you are going through the coping skills that I hope to instill in you are also the same skills I use in my life.The most important factor in counseling is the development of a connection, and it is strongest when based on trust. You can trust I will listen. Once a connection has been made this allows a therapeutic relationship to evolve. My position is to help people realize that they are not alone,to provide education,support and the tools to help you deal with life's circumstances more effectively.
