Have you suffered a significant loss? Been knocked off balance by a major change? Perhaps you’re grieving a loved one, navigating a relationship, going through a career shift, suddenly finding yourself as the caregiver for a family member, or maybe you've lost touch with the dream of the life you’d expected to lead.
Changes, even positive ones, can make us feel off-kilter, but adjustment to the “new normal” is possible.
I bring empathy, humor, and warmth to my work with couples and individuals looking to reconnect, get back on track, and increase the joy in their lives.
Imagine how good it will feel to finally address the worries that have been keeping you up at night.
Together, we can face issues such as:
Adjustment to Life Transitions (ie: Divorce, Marriage, Relocation, Aging)
Grief / Loss / Bereavement
Caregiver Burnout
Anxiety / Stress
Strengthening Relationships Through Improved Communication
Enhancing Self-Esteem and Cultivating Resilience
Gender Identity Issues (LGBTQ-affirming)
An alliance with a therapist who is the right fit for you can make all the difference. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
