Mary Speight is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and life coaching, and maintains a private practice in the High Desert of San Bernardino County.
She has worked several years with a non-profit mental health facility, providing mental health assessments, individual and conjoint therapy to children, adolescents and their families. She has facilitated group therapies with adolescents and has experience working with adults with life transitional issues. She currently is working for a non-profit community based mental health agency in Victorville full time as a Clinical Supervisor, along with maintaining her private practice. She has experience working with PTSD, Generalized Anxiety and depression. She has also been trained in evidence based therapies, as well.

Master degree in Psychology, emphasis in Counseling through Chapman University 2002
Trained in ART (Aggression Regression Training) and Seeking Safety (PTSD and addiction modality)
Provided pro bono counseing to veterans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan
Bio
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have 15 years experience working with adults, adolescents and children. I've conducted individual and group sessions. I use psychodynamic and Solution-Focused theories. I do believe everyone has the power to be the change they wish to see. I also provide life coaching which is very different than therapy.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
