I will provide a one hour massage session incorporating gentle soft tissue strecthing, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point release and energy work as needed. Your massage session is entirely up to you. If you are someone that feels deep tissue work is what you need or at any given time request more gentle swedish style to a certain area then I will acoomadate your request. This is your hour. If you enjoy scalp massage or rather more focus on feet and hands then I will move to the areas as discussed. Your initial conversation and my ability to feel "congested" areas will dictate the focus. Your relief from stress and discomfort is my goal. I have twelve years experience in helping people reach their wellness goals. I find it rewarding to provide hope to someone suffering from pain or dysfunction.
