I have had 20+ years of counseling experience working with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in helping people deal with life transitions. I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist through the Grief Recovery Method and use these techniques to help people process loss issues and move on with their lives. I provide solution-oriented, short-term therapy for individuals, couples and families. I am also an Advanced Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and use hypnosis frequently in my practice for stress management and habit change.
