My personal devotion to natural living guides my non-pharmaceutical treatment approach which relies mainly on the CBT and humanistic/existential approaches. To optimize treatment outcome I carefully tailor my interventions to the specific needs and styles of my clients. My goal is to help you fall in love with life again and obtain a state of internal balance which is the key for a happy, healthy, and meaningful life.
