Helping you with habits that hurt
Counseling Recovery
Relationships are painful when you don't know how to resolve conflict. Trying to work things out gets tiring on your own. You can learn how to communicate in a way that works and actually helps heal your relationships. If anger is a problem, I teach simple, effective strategies to catch it easy and stay calm. I also offers workshops and webinars.
I help people struggling with recovery issues like food addiction, alcoholism and codependency with childhood pains.
If you're going through a divorce or a break up, I can teach you the tools to get what you want in relationship. Couples need help communicating, rebuilding trust or co-parenting. I use the Gottman method that is backed by 25 years of research.

Is addicton impacting your life in a negative way? Together we can develop a strong foundation of recovery that can improve your relationships. We'll work to set goals related specifically to your concerns.

I love helping people heal their relationships. The skills I teach are all about self-care, setting healthy boundaries and assertive communication. I've worked with people who are struggling to get sober, or have been in recovery awhile but feel stuck. I've taught domestics violence anger management classes and loved helping them learn self esteem and healthy emotional expression. Grief is another area I work with because many people don't know how to grieve so it ends up creating more problems.
My hope is that I can support you and help you find that joy again. It's very rewarding to support people to have a better. more fulfilling life!
