Does your life feel out of control? Does it feel like nothing ever changes no matter how hard you try? Do you feel down most of the time? Are you having the same fights over and over again with the same people? Are you having trouble dealing with your kids? Do you feel stressed all the time?

Therapy can help. In a warm and supportive environment, we will discuss your concerns and establish what it is you want to change in your life. Everyone comes to therapy for a unique reason: some people want to feel better, some people want their relationships to improve and others want to learn how to overcome specific problems. Some people want a safe place where they can talk about sensitive matters that they can’t discuss elsewhere. I will listen carefully to what you hope to gain from therapy and we will work together to achieve the change you desire.

I am a practical and interactive therapist. I provide support and feedback so that clients may resolve present problems and unhealthy patterns of behavior. I use a variety of conventional approaches and tailor each treatment plan to the particular needs of the individual client.
Education/Training
M.S. in psychology from California State University, Los Angeles
