My Feldenkrais based practice focuses on patients working with posture, balance and movement issues. Clients learn self care based on individual needs and lifestyle choices. Being able to replicate the movements and changes made during the session allows the client to confidently live and participate in their activities of daily living. The hands-on work is gentle to provide maximum opportunities for neuroplasticity to occur.
I am a preferred provider for most of the Washington state health insurances, Labor & Industries and Personal Injury Protection (MVA) accidents.

Education is a lifelong experience. My Feldenkrais training began in 1993 and completed with an International Feldenkrais Certification in 1997. In 1995, I graduated the 1000 hour massage training with honors from Seattle Massage School in 1995. My professional experiences include thousands of hours of continuing education, both receiving and teaching. For almost a decade, I have been a NCBTMB continuing education provider teaching Neuromuscular Re-Education and Medical Massage. I certified as a Bones For Life Trainer in 2005. I completed a MA in Somatic Movement Studies from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. in 2010.
