As an art therapist, I am trained in verbal and nonverbal communication. I work with adults, adolescents and school age children. I have an eclectic approach designed to meet your individual needs, issues and challenges. My studio/office space is inviting, comfortable and conducive to the creative process of therapy.

Art therapy is useful for exploring emotional issues as well as other goals and relationship challenges. The creative process opens a safe space for exploration and focusing on specific goals in therapy. In addition, I am currently starting an art therapy group for people who struggle with eating disorders and body image issues.

I like to work with culturally, ethnically diverse clientele including LGBTQ population. I also am experienced in working with women specifically regarding depression and anxiety during pregnancy and post-partem.

Insurance: I am an in network provider with Cigna and out of network with Aetna and others. Please contact me directly for more info about insurance coverage and sliding scale fee.
