Time to Make Some Changes?
Counselling & Psychotherapy in London Bridge
Offering a welcoming, safe and confidential place and time to explore and address any difficulties and challenges in your life that you feel are obstructing you from living a well-lived life. I will not seek to label or pathologise but instead we will explore together how you are in the world currently compared with how you want to be. By understanding and making sense of how one is now, we can work to achieve the changes to become how you want to be.

I am experienced in working with people experiencing difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, sex and substance addictions, anger management problems, eating and body image issues, dilemmas, issues with sexuality, identity, poor self-esteem and also workplace problems (including work-related stress).

Consulting rooms conveniently located near More London and Tower Bridge and just a few minutes walk from London Bridge tube, bus and rail stations.
