Insight Counseling, based in South Orange County, was developed to serve a need in our communities that was not being filled by private practitioners and other community-based agencies. Insight Counseling was founded to be a unique not for profit center, offering comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy, as well as educational classes. Our services are accessible and affordable. Our licensed therapists are well educated, professionally diverse, and passionate about working towards our client’s goals within a confidential, safe, and professional environment. Bio
Nicole graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety and panic disorders, adolescent and women’s issues for the past 10 years. Her area of concentration is the prevention and treatment of athletes with eating disorders. Nicole is the founder and Executive Director of the Eating Disorder Foundation of Orange County, a nonprofit agency devoted to the prevention and early detection of eating disorders. She educates parents, teachers, and coaches on various eating disorder topics. She also has additional training and education in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, domestic violence, and trauma response.
