Do you feel that your life is out of control? Do you feel misunderstood? Are you worried about the way your child or teenager is behaving? Do you wish things could be different? If your answer is yes to any of these questions, then you’re not alone. Many of us experience ups and downs, and perhaps you’re experiencing more downs than ups.
So how do you change that?
Sometimes all it takes is one or two changes to get your life moving in a more positive direction.
Together, we can figure out the changes that you can comfortably make to achieve a more fulfilling relationship, or to have a better understanding of your child or teenager, so that you will experience a sense of calm and happiness in your everyday life.
I can also meet with your child or teen, individually or in a group setting and help them with issues such as: anger management, bullying, depression, socialization skills, and drugs & alcohol abuse.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I have created a therapy system called OM Rhythm Therapy, using hand drums and small percussion instruments, which I use with children and adults. I also play the didgeridoo, an Australian Aborigine instrument which is one of the oldest instruments known. The didgeridoo induces a meditative state, as well as a form of vibrational healing.

Bio
I relocated to Los Angeles like many, to pursue an acting career, and I am still doing so. Rather than wait tables I decided to pursue an additional career as a therapist. I felt then, and am even more convinced now, that the two careers are an excellent match.
As an actor I am constantly tasked with creating characters unlike myself, which calls for in-depth research into the psyche of others. My studies in clinical psychology taught me more about this than I could have ever imagined.
My studies and internships prepared me to work with all kinds of people, and I have found myself working mostly with young adults, adolescents and young children.
For eleven years I have worked for the Psychological Trauma Center, a Community Benefits program of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where I provide art therapy services for children in the LAUSD elementary schools.
