Online Rehab Clinic (ORC) is the world’s first and only 100% Online Rehab Program. ORC is global and can function independent of staff or facilities. However, contracting agencies or organizations can add additional staff or services to suit their individualized needs. Whole families can now virtually attend luxury alcohol, drug, food and thought addiction together or independent of each other. ORC will never be complete as all existing templates and videos are constantly being added to and updated. The concept and content can be fashioned to fit the needs of each provider’s clinical tapestry. Online Rehab Clinic (ORC) is a global and patented Rehab Alternative where appropriate. Alcohol, drug, food and thought addiction recovery is available to identified patients, affected family members, students and professionals in residency. This easiest accessed, confidential, low cost ($195 first month - $50 for additional months) and user-friendly rehab experience is an effective denial destroyer. ORC is a family intervention, primary treatment tool and Afterhab resource in the hands of a skilled physician, addictionist and other professionals.
Anyone in the family can register at any time and begin following a clear treatment plan for the family. Within minutes they are virtually attending (by pre-recorded videos within template designs, treatment plans, archives and documents) instructional, welcome and orientation sessions. Additional videos and template designs present groups, lectures, individual sessions, family sessions, team meetings, alcohol and drug information, staff demonstrations, relapse prevention, true recovery and quality life change issues, codependency sessions and groups, serenity videos, physician and other professional interviews, belly laugh sessions, links to sobriety and serenity organizations and medical question and answers and even professional films on family intervention, recovery and addictions.
One film, “Family Intervention” features Dr. Dan Budenz, ORC founder and president on camera with legendary singer/songwriter and actor Paul Williams. They teach the support technique of family intervention and share why treatment of the whole family is so important for lasting sobriety. In addition, 12 step orientations, mindful meditation, nutrition presentations, physician and other professional interviews, natural healing, legal and criminal issues and daily feelings journaling adds more content to the rehab experience. Positive communications with other clients, professionals in residency and staff occurs via a rolling blog. Dr. Dan even conducts some lectures from horseback and while doing groundwork with ORC’s companion therapists that includes a herd of Friesian horses.
New information and videos are constantly being updated and displayed. Dr Dan’s latest 420 page book, “Analyzing Monsters – Family Cures” was written to expand the clarity of ORC and visa versa. |

Except for accessing phone, personal or medical counseling online for a specific modality like individual counseling, independent rehab programs do not exist over the Internet. Our extensive patent search conducted prior to our provisional patent award proved that no such programming existed. Single modality counseling was rare and was always tied to an existing treatment center attempting to intervene or follow up with primary addicts. No online programs were educating or treating friends or family members of identified patients. All were designed to bring the addicted person into more expensive ($12,000 - $40,000 for 28 days) hospital or residential based services. Even as of this writing – April 2011 – no separate online rehab other than ORC presents the self-contained rehab option for identified patients, friends or family. Help for friends or family outside of 12 step groups is non-existent in the form of a rehab experience or single modality education or treatment option.
Therefore Online Rehab Clinic (ORC) stands alone in offering a rehab experience online and practical on a global basis. ORC and our invention relates generally to rehabilitation and more specifically to an Internet rehabilitation clinic method allowing whole families to access information on education and therapy experiences through an Internet page for the treatment of alcohol, drug, food, thought and other addictions. |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY - Dr. KOENECKE’S PAGE:
Dr. Fred Koenecke, Psychiatrist and Board Certified Addictionist (1923 – 2009) was a long-term friend, former partner and an early medical director for ORC founder and rehab designer Dr. Dan Budenz. Dr. Koenecke bravely fought cancer throughout much of the early building of ORC. His kind and patient assistance in saving lives throughout his career and unbelievable fight throughout his last year served as part inspiration for Dr. Dan to put a rehab program with his friend in the clouds. The following simple description titled, “Dr. Koenecke’s Page” has been used to educate other physicians and professionals about ORC.
Dr Dan has personally supervised and managed many Family Practice and Psychiatry interns in addictions and elective psychiatry rotations. Full internships for graduate Psychology, Psychotherapy, Social Work, Addiction Counselors and other professionals have been provided for over three decades in traditional and luxury rehab programs.
Now Professional in Residency training and internships are also available at OnlineRehabClinic.com. A certificate of completion is awarded after logging at least 10 hours online. Our normal cost for interns is the same as clients - $195.
Online Rehab Clinic continues to expand. New information and videos are constantly being updated and displayed.
