As a licensed professional counselor and addictions counselor, I am able to address both mental health and addiction issues in a comprehensive manner. I also am able to offer EMDR for the relief of pain due to trauma. I incorporate mind, body and spirit into the work with clients to assist in the healing of all aspects of the individual. I respect that initiating therapy is a difficult step to take. Sharing the personal details of your life with someone you just meet, can be overwhelming and feelings of uncertaining may be present. I offer a free initial 1/2 hour consultation. This allows clients to meet me and see if I am a good for them. Finding the right therapist should not be an expensive venture. I am compassionate and understanding, I am not here to judge, I am here to help. I can utilize my training in family and play therapy to enhance the process for both children and adults. Each client is unique and requires a individualized approach and plan to best suite their spicific needs. My goal is to have each and every client leave with a sense of relief and satisfaction. .
