Individual and Couples Counseling
Childdren, Adolescents, and Adults
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and simple daily tasks can become a struggle. Counseling can help you heal fro past hurts and start down the path of healing.
One of the most important components of a good counseling experience is the relationship you have with your counselor. I have been on both sides of the counseling relationship and understand how important finding the best fit. I strive to provide a supportive and warm environment for you to examine and process the issues you may have.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with clients to reach their goals. Using an eclectic therapeutic style that incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, reality therapy, mindfulness, and person centered therapy, Together we can work to heal and develop new ways to live your best life.
