It's based on Vinyasa Flow with slower transitions with simple explanations in how to get into the asana. Great for beginners and advanced practitioners who like to develop different poses on their own pace and body strength as well as getting in touch with your inner soul. You are creating a union between body, mind & soul.

Born in Switzerland in the last century, always loved life and people which alone was already a reason to move to New York.

Struggling with finding my place, my inner self and balancing my life, I found my passion and interest for the yoga lifestyle and I've been living it ever since!

My journey is to take you on your own path of life, to find your own way of body and life balance.
