Caring Therapy in Bartlett, IL
Health And Healing Therapy
I have the utmost respect for you as you are taking the time to contemplate counseling and thinking about creating a space in your life that will support you working towards healthy and helpful change. I am passionate about working with people to make changes and work towards living life instead of just getting by, to get through difficult times, to reduce pain and emotional discomfort, interact differently with the world and people around them, and better manage their mental health and well-being. If you’re looking for change, I’m here to help. If things don’t feel right and you haven’t been able to tackle it alone, it’s ok. We can work together to figure it out. It would be my honor.

Finding the right therapist, someone you can genuinely connect to and feel understood and respected by, is incredibly important to the therapy process. Regardless of why you may be seeking therapy, if we began working together, first and foremost I would strive to get to know you and learn all about your unique strengths.

We all need people who can support us, keep us accountable, and encourage us to keep on doing the tough things that are needed to help us get to where we want to be. We each need someone who we can share our pain with and who will be there to support us with full encouragement and without judgement. If you are someone who is in emotional pain, feeling alone, and/or overwhelmed, please consider seeking the help, care, support, and therapy I can provide to you.

Perhaps you’ve been in therapy in the past and are thinking about returning to therapy with a new therapist to work on something old or something new that has come up for you. Or maybe this is the first time you’ve consider counseling and therapy. What you can expect in working with me is individualized care centering around your goals and needs. I utilize evidenced-based therapies that are shown to help people meet their goals and support the things they want to change.

I can offer an objective view and I will be a person who won’t ever advise, direct or judge you. If you are open to it, I can share with you some observations, feedback, and from time to time some of my quirky humor! Overall, people tend to experience me as a relaxed and calm person which is really helpful when I am working with someone who is feeling anxious and overwhelmed. My calming presence influences them and can help them become calm and more centered.
