Rebecca’s House Eating Disorder Treatment Programs™ offers a unique approach to treating bulimia, anorexia, compulsive overeating, binge eating, food addictions and dual diagnosis. Our multi-disciplinary treatment team consists of licensed psychologists, therapists, registered dietitians, medical doctors, yoga and meditation instructors, all who have years of experience treating eating disorders and associated disorders and addictions. Our proven holistic approach takes the patient from a constricted, externally focused life of disordered eating to a life lived in alignment with their true self, values, goals, and appetite. During the day clients are exposed to group therapy, mindful eating, Guided Imagery, trauma, relapse prevention and body image groups; individual sessions with their primary therapist, EMDR therapist, dietitian and medical doctor. After groups the patients arrival at one of 3 levels of structured living homes in Lake Forest, CA, all under the care of our experienced eating disorder house managers. The level system allows patients to receive completely structured time to transitioning into life in the real world.

Bio
Rebecca Cooper is an International Speaker whose mission is to create awareness of disordered eating in all forms. She regularly appears on television, webcasts, professional conferences and radio. Ms. Cooper created the first transitional living residence for eating disorders, Rebecca's House Eating Disorder Treatment Programs in Orange County, CA. She is a licensed therapist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and iaedp approved Supervisor. She authored the Diets Don’t Work® book, CDs, DVDs, Eating Disorder Workbooks, and numerous published articles. Her eating disorder program is used throughout the country at treatment centers and by therapists. In May 2013, Rebecca was awarded 2013 Distinguished Alumni at Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA. She was nominated for Orange County Business Journal’s Women in Business Award for 2009. In October 2004, Rebecca was honored as the Rising Star in Business by WomanSage©, an event sponsored by the University of California at Irvine Medical Center.
