In 2000 I left public education to tour the world promoting my new book, Abby's Between Girlfriends: A Sharing of Marital Secrets (pen: Abby Gail Smith). I found myself giving advice to countless women and couples.
Today, I use the experience of being happily married for over 34 years and my advanced training in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to help you through your painful experiences, manage your emotions, and
regain control of your life.

Having over 6 years experience, as a high school counselor, helping teens manage stress, depression, and losses of all kind, I know how to assist them in their thinking and beliefs about their family. I have the unique ability to help them see their actions through the eyes of their parents and teachers.
