I'm a Nationally Certified, Licensed and Professional Massage Therapist working in Winchester, Virginia in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. A relaxing and healing massage will rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. My services range from relaxation to medical therapies including Swedish (classic relaxation), Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Hot Stone, Reiki and Integrative Reflexology.
