Therapy in a Warm Collaborative Environment

9171 Wilshire Blvd.
Suite 600
I am a Marriage and Family Psychotherapist licensed in California and New York. My basic therapeutic foundation is psychodynamic which holds that at the core of many personal issues lies an early conflict in relation to one's primary caregivers. However, I incorporate a variety of approaches from therapies such as Cognitive Behavior, Client-Centered, Gestalt, Somatic Experience, Visualization and Meditation in order to fit the unique needs of each individual client. I am also an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and a Certified EMDR Psychotherapist. I am also trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model.
