She holds a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine, is a Board certified Diplomate in Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Mexico.

Sharon has been practicing acupuncture in Philadelphia since 2001.
