My practice provides Individual, Couples, and Premarital counseling throughout the Saint Louis Area. I have been helping individuals, couples, and families for over seven years. I have been providing counseling in the Ferguson and Florissant area since 2006. I love helping people recognize their strengths and grow in mind, body, & spirit. Counseling can help reduce conflict, decrease stress, and increase overall health.
