This is a classic, light to medium pressure massage, utilizing flowing strokes and kneading to ease the mind & body while stimulating circulation, promoting well-being & achieving relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage:
A more intense massage focused on specific areas of muscle tension that helps break up scar tissue, loosen constrictions, increase mobility & promote soft tissue healing.
Maternity/Prenatal Massage:
A relaxing, side lying massage that helps relax mother and baby.
Hot Stone: Massage with heat from stones, deeply penetrates into muscles releasing tension. (90 min.)
