A Positive Approach to Health
When my health problems were not adequately addressed by modern medicine, I looked for other answers. That search led me to Chinese medicine. Today, I am a licensed acupuncturist helping people deal with their health problems using a combination of acupuncture, herbal and Chinese diet therapy, and common sense. Wellness is a combination of taking in the right foods, getting the exercise appropriate for your situation, good sleep, a healthy mindset, and appropriate treatment when life gets you off balance.

I specialize in treating chronic problems and rebuilding health. A few of the issues I regularly treat include adrenal fatigue, fibromyalgia, chemical and environmental sensitivity, Crohn's disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic pain, and stress.

My practice is a partnership with my patients--we work together to analyze each individual's situation and condition. I encourage my patients to take great care of themselves, and when necessary, to build a wellness team to move toward vibrant health. I work with an amazing team in the office, including a chiropractor, NAET practitioner, and massage therapists, and regularly refer to other health professionals when I feel it is helpful.
