My practice is open to adolescents, adults and couples. I specialize in addictions, co-dependency, eating issues, body image, couples counseling, anxiety, panic disorders and phobias, grief and loss, depression, and most of life transitions issues.

My approach is solution oriented and I offer both short and long term therapy. Often a combition of insight oriented with solution focus, gives the most effective results. My clients see results.

I have been in full-time private practice for over 25 years in the Chicago and suburban areas. I have advance certification and training from the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis. My clients see positive and life changing results in our work together. I am dedicated to my clients and believe in living a more peaceful, congruent and productive life. No one should have to have ongoing struggles with feelings that are unmanagable and overwhelming.
