If you are trying to change an important relationship or a situation in your life, I can help you. My passion is in helping folks get unstuck from chronic stress, depression, and relationship difficulties. I'm down-to-Earth and very collaborative. People who work with me say that they appreciate knowing that we have a clear path to their goals that they are very involved in. It's difficult to think about actually going to therapy, so I would be honored to help you figure out what you need the most from counseling.

I help with: Depression, anxiety, chronic stress and anger, addiction. Families & couples: family conflict, difficult communication, chronic fighting Parenting: Parent/child relationships, child behaviors, arguing, tantrums, school difficulties, lying, delinquency, teen substance use.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation and a wide range of choices for therapy to suit your needs. Choose from in-office, home-based, phone, and email sessions to customize and make the most of your experience. I do a 70-minute therapy hour with competitive rates.
