Muscle Pain Relief and Bodywork
I am providing relief from the soreness due to muscle pain by the strategic use of advanced massage techniques. The alleviation of such pain may also lead to increased range of motion in accompanying joints and surrounding tissues.

These techniques will include Swedish, neuromuscular therapy, Thai-yoga,CORE bodywork, hot stone as well as sports massage modalities. Preliminary consultations/assessments are always free. Sessions are available for 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions depending mainly upon the therapy requested/required and techniques involved

155 + hours in continuing ed.:
Precision neuromuscular Therapy from Doug Nelson, Champaign, Ill.
Level 3 of 6 in Thai yoga, 60 hours training from Renata Brodecker, Eldon, MO
Level 3 of 4 , 75 hours certification with Noah Karrasch, Springfield, MO

I am committed to providing you strategies of advanced massage techniques for:
