I work with adults & couples who have relationship challenges, eating disorders, obesity, addictions, depression, phobias, stress, anxiety, and trauma. I have a diverse approach. I use a combination of psychodynamic therapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) attachment theory, EFT, Tapping, EMDR, HBLU & the Enneagram to help you.

I started my career in mental health by working at an eight-bed halfway house for chronically mentally ill adults when I was 19. Becoming a therapist was a natural progression. I’ve worked my way up from the bottom of the ladder, working with many types of clients, issues and settings. I put a high value on ongoing education in order to stay at the top of the most current research and cutting-edge interventions available. I have an eclectic approach rooted in psychodynamic therapy.
I blend what I know about the unconscious mind, with cognitive and behavioral interventions, neurolinguistic programming, the enneagram, EMDR, and Energy Psychology techniques to rapidly and permanently shift perception, emotion, and behavior.
I first learned about the various fields of energy psychology in 2013 and it opened up a whole new world for me. I was so impressed by the results, that I began training in this new and exciting method of healing. I am passionate about the rapid yet gentle, simple yet elegant techniques because I’ve seen the difference they have made in my life and in the lives of my clients.
