I am a licensed, insured, board certified massage therapist with an office in FIT Wellness Center in Broomfield. I perform various types of massage, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, myofascial release and pregnancy massage. I have volunteered my massage services at the 2010 Superior Morgul Classic, the 2010 Relay for Life, the 30th and 31st Bolder Boulder races, and other local events, as well at for the Boulder County AIDS Project. I am a graduate of the 1000-hour program at Boulder College of Massage Therapy.

She is licensed by the State of Colorado and has practiced in conjunction with chiropractors and physical therapists since 2009, She works with a wide variety of clients, treating patients with conditions ranging from headaches and neck tension to arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and fibromyalgia. She utilizes a variety of modalities, including deep tissue massage, Shiatsu and passive stretching to assist her clients in relieving stress related tension, reducing chronic pain and correcting musculoskeletal dysfunction.She combines deeper techniques with subtle, gentle techniques that allow the body to relax.
