Positive Psychology Approach Building on Your Strengths
Get to the Core of Who You Are Where Healing Comes From
I help my clients to connect with the source of healing within them. Using a positive psychology approach to focus on strengths and skills, I guide clients through their issues with a focus on healing and recovery. My methodology is very comprehensive, using cognitive behavioral methodology, imagery and gestalt techniques to bring subconscious processes into consciousness where change is possible.
I have seen my clients overcome addictive anger patterns, alcohol and substance abuse, depression and anxiety. I have helped couples rediscover love in their relationships and form new and more positive connections than ever before. I have used family therapy to help children and adolescents with a variety of problems. If my clients are willing to do their part, I can help them reach their goals of health and happiness and positive, loving relationships.
I've been in practice for over 40 years, and I have a M.A. in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education.
