Compassionate and Warm Therapist
Therapy can be a healing and supportive space that can provide warmth and acceptance. My style is compassionate and non-judgmental. I believe that one must feel heard and understood in order for therapy to be successful.

Depending on your needs and goals, I use psychodynamic, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, or mindfulness based therapies. My approach is collaborative, where we will work together to help you navigate what it is that you might be experiencing.

Whether you are looking to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, work on coping skills, or want some support for a difficult life stressor, please reach out. I believe that the right fit with a therapist is important and offer a free 15 minute phone consult before we meet.

Currently, I am providing all therapy over Telehealth. I can also provide a sliding fee scale. Please feel free to reach out with questions you may have on how to get started.
