I believe that effective treatment is accomplished as a collaboration between the client and the therapist. My focus is on helping you reach your goals as rapidly and directly as possible using a wide variety of techniques, tailored specifically for you. In treatment you will learn specific tools and skills that will help you to feel better and overcome your difficulties. Therapy sessions are active and focused primarily on the here-and-now. I use scientifically supported interventions while maintaining a pragmatic and flexible approach focused on your particular problems.
