Maybe you’ve tried everything—talking, consequences, ignoring it—but the meltdowns keep happening, the shutdowns linger longer, or school has become a daily struggle. Whether it’s your child navigating big emotions or your teen feeling stuck, isolated, or burnt out, therapy can give them the tools to deal with it.

I offer art therapy and counseling to help children and teens express what words can’t. Through creative and evidence-based approaches, I support kids with anxiety, ADHD, autism, and behavioral challenges—while partnering with parents to build connection and lasting change.

Education

MA in Counseling and MA in Art Therapy from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM.

Bio

I have over 10 years of experience helping children, teens, and young adults improve their lives. I'm a licensed Counselor and Art Therapist in CO and NM.

I use a blend of talk therapy and art therapy depending on what works best for my clients. In our work together, you'll find a safe space to explore, heal, and develop powerful tools to manage behaviors, improve relationships, and build confidence.
