Our specialties include anxiety therapy, couples counseling, life transition support, sex therapy, trauma, relationship, and EMDR Therapy. Bio
Brooke, at A New Story Counseling LLC, is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can authentically express themselves without fear of judgment. Her approach is rooted in compassion, warmth, and acceptance.
She employs a client-centered, values-based method, believing that feelings of being "stuck" often arise when our lives don't align with our core values. By clarifying these values, Brooke helps clients build meaningful, fulfilling lives that reflect their true needs and desires. Her work focuses on fostering self-awareness, acceptance of life's challenges, and empowering clients to respond intentionally rather than feeling overwhelmed by circumstances.
Brooke specializes in working with young adults, adults, individuals, and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, career concerns, life transitions, sexual difficulties, relationship struggles, identity exploration, and finding purpose. She is also pursuing certification as a Certified Sex Therapist to deepen her expertise in this area.
