Mrs. Wright approaches mental health from multiple aspects. She believes it is not just about feeling good; it is about the quality of life and relationships we can enjoy. She strives to create practical steps for each client to explore their own meaning, purpose, and joy in life. Her experiences as a business woman and as a psychotherapist allow her to provide a service where the process of getting mentally fit is more than just being aware; it’s an internal acceptance and letting go the need for control.
