Transformational Life Coaching offers practical support for navigating challenges, clarifying direction, and making meaningful changes in your personal and professional life.
His Family Constellations facilitation and teaching are grounded in the phenomenological principles of Family Constellations and the work of Bert Hellinger, including an understanding of loyalty, entanglements, and exclusion within the family system, supported by the Knowing Field. This foundation is further informed by decades of experience in somatic awareness, trauma resolution, the reduction of acute and chronic pain, and the restoration of alignment, function, and movement, along with energy-based healing—supporting a deeply embodied and relational approach to the work.
He has extensive experience working with individuals facing complex and often challenging conditions that may be linked to unresolved generational dynamics, trauma, and excluded family members. These include addiction, ADHD, autism, autoimmune conditions, bipolar disorder, borderline personality patterns, infertility, narcissistic dynamics, parentification, perpetrator–victim dynamics, sexual abuse, schizophrenia, and more. By approaching these through a systemic lens—recognizing underlying loyalties, entanglements, and exclusions—clients often experience a greater sense of relief, clarity, and peace, while the family system moves toward increased balance and wholeness.

I graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1982 i have has over 4000 hours of training in Bodywork, Energy Healing, Family Constellations and Transformational Life Coaching.

For over four decades, Barry Krost has dedicated himself to helping others alleviate stress, restore balance, and reconnect with health and wellness through various methods. His work integrates body, mind, and systemic wisdom, assisting clients in uncovering hidden patterns and reconnecting with their innate healing capacity. He is a Family Constellation Facilitator and Trainer, a Practitioner and Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy®, and a Certified Life Coach.
