Bloomingdale Psychological Services provides effective counseling in a variety of treatment areas, such as addictions, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, bereavement, loss and divorce, mood disorders, debt management, women’s issues, and career assessment. Our psychologists and therapists will work with you to design the most effective treatment plan for your unique concerns, always ensuring that your privacy and confidentiality are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Mental health issues can be treated in a variety of different ways. Individual psychotherapy, which provides you with an opportunity to explore personal problems and challenges in a secure, confidential, one-on-one environment, is at the core of any treatment plan. Another important treatment approach can be a group environment, where personal experiences and insights can be shared among peers struggling with similar issues. Together, these two modes of treatment form the basic supportive foundation for a person struggling with mental health issues. Other helpful treatment options that should be considered include family and relationship therapy, educational workshops, psychiatric medications, and psychological testing. Bloomingdale Psychological Services offers all of these services. You may choose them as stand-alone treatments, or combine them to complement each other in a comprehensive treatment plan, tailored and designed to find the most helpful solutions to your unique situations.

Our mission is to guide you through the difficult challenges that life presents, promoting personal growth, enhanced relationships, and healthy emotional development.
