Portrait Health Centers are multi-specialty clinics that employ the most cutting-edge and proven assessment protocols and treatment options available, believing that an Effective Treatment Depends On An Accurate Diagnosis. Individuals should not have to “play doctor” by researching available treatments and then self-selecting which of these treatments has been scientifically validated and would be most appropriate for themselves or their family. At Portrait Health Centers, we provide a comprehensive and multi-specialty assessment to determine the underlying causes of your symptoms and incorporate an appropriate treatment plan.

Suicidal Ideation, Narcissistic Personality

I received my Masterof Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University. I received most of my experience in middle school and elementary school settings as well as community mental health settings. I also have a passion to work with Military Personnel and First Respondents and their families.

My goal is to create an environment that is tailored to the client. The comfortability and judgment free zone I work to achieve is of utmost importance. Together we will work to reach goals of the client's choosing while increasing self awareness, emotional intelligence, confidence, and overall well-being. My therapy style is eclectic and will change depending on the client's needs. They include client focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, art therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness. I will always meet the client where they are at and tailor the therapy to what will work best for the individual.

When I'm not furthering my education to better help the community, I am either in the gym, watching sports or playing outside with my puppy, Doc.
